In other words -- you're ugly, girlfriend. This "fortune" doesn't even work with the traditional endings people like to add. When did fortune cookies stop giving predictions and start giving out the sort of harsh truths only your mother would say?
Ha! I agree, fortunes are totally overrated these days... Speaking of fortune cookies and mothers, did I ever tell you about the time I got a fortune that said "your love life will get you through everything" and just as I was thinking "hot diggity" to myself as I read it aloud to everyone at the table, my mother who was reading it over my shoulder tells me: it says "your love OF life will get you through everything" and totally burst my bubble!!!
